OFPE is a generic ontology
specialized for food processing experiments, where raw ma-
terials are transformed into final products. It includes dif-
ferent classes that represent products and activities during
food transformation processes, which can be classified into
four main concepts, i.e., Product, Operation, Attribute, and
Observation.
